Refund structure by plan type

Subscriptions: cancel anytime to stop future billing. If a non-waivable law requires a refund, credit, or pro rata adjustment for unused service time, we apply the legally required formula for the customer’s jurisdiction.

Lifetime licenses: one-time perpetual licenses are generally final after activation or use. We keep a narrow voluntary pre-activation review window and any required legal exceptions for duplicate charges, payment errors, non-delivery, or unresolved core defects.
