This Privacy Policy explains how Aetheris Sun LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you use our website, support channels, checkout flows, license systems, browser extensions, future mobile applications, game-development tools, game assets, and related services.

Scope

Information we collect

We may collect account, checkout, support, and product-use information you provide or generate when using our services, including name, email address, purchase information, license key status, support messages, diagnostic context you choose to share, and basic technical information such as browser type, device type, approximate region, IP address, request logs, timestamps, referrer, and security events.

Our browser extensions may store product settings, usage counters, local plan state, and workflow data locally in the browser. Unless a product-specific policy says otherwise, extension workflow data is not sent to Aetheris Sun LLC by default.

European Economic Area information

For users in the EEA, Aetheris Sun LLC is the controller for the personal information it processes for its website, checkout, licensing, and support. We process information to provide requested services (contract), comply with legal obligations, protect the service (legitimate interests), and, where required, with your consent. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Contact contact@aetherissun.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer because our current processing does not require one under Article 37 GDPR. If Article 27 requires an EU representative for our activities, we will appoint and publish its details before relying on that processing.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Aetheris Sun LLC does not store full credit card numbers. Stripe may process payment method details, billing details, tax-related information, fraud signals, and transaction metadata under Stripe's own policies and contractual controls.

How we use information

We use information to operate the website, process purchases, generate and validate license keys, provide support, secure our systems, prevent abuse, comply with law, maintain business records, improve products, and communicate product, transactional, legal, or security updates.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business, including hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics or security tools, and professional advisors. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use extension data for unrelated advertising profiles.

International transfers and tracking

Because Aetheris Sun LLC is based in the United States, information may be transferred outside the EEA. We use an adequacy decision where available or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, with supplementary measures where required. The extension does not use cookies, advertising identifiers, analytics SDKs, or automatic uploads. The website may use strictly necessary browser storage for language or checkout functionality; non-essential tracking is not enabled on this policy page.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

Aetheris Sun LLC's use of information received from Chrome extension permissions adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We limit extension user data to disclosed product purposes and related operational needs.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing products, supporting licenses, meeting tax/accounting obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and maintaining security records. Local extension data can usually be deleted by clearing extension data or uninstalling the extension.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to limit the data we collect, use secure transport where appropriate, and keep payment-card handling inside Stripe's PCI-oriented systems.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of information associated with your support or purchase email, subject to legal, security, and operational limits. You can disable or uninstall extensions, clear local browser storage, opt out of optional product features, and avoid submitting support data that is not necessary for your request.

Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

International users

Aetheris Sun LLC is based in the United States. If you use our services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as products, laws, or business operations change. The effective date above indicates the latest version.
